Refund Policy
Payments for subscriptions or purchases made through the Application are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s terms and conditions.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter technical issues that prevent the Application from functioning as intended, or if you change your mind, we offer a 14-day refund period.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted directly through the app or by contacting our team at sytex.comp@gmail.com or via Paddle's support interface. Please include your Order ID or the email address used for the purchase to expedite the process.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date.
- For subscription renewals, please ensure the request is made promptly after the renewal charge.
- Once a refund is processed, your access to the paid features of the Application will be immediately revoked.
Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used via Paddle. Please note that bank processing times may vary and are outside of our direct control.
