These terms and conditions apply to the Pulse application (herein referred to as the "Application"). Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
The Application is provided by Denys Sokolov (herein referred to as the "Service Provider").
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of Denys Sokolov.
Modifications and Charges
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
Data and Security
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it may expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and cause the Application to malfunction.

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
Connectivity and Liability
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or data exhaustion. If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, you accept responsibility for any charges from your mobile provider, including roaming fees.
While Denys Sokolov strives to ensure the Application is updated and accurate, the Service Provider relies on third parties for information and accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from your reliance on the Application's functionality.
Artificial Intelligence
The Application incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that AI may be used to process data to deliver specific functionalities.
Termination and Updates
The Service Provider may update or cease providing the Application at any time. Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the Application and delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes are effective as of 2026-03-07.
